I help sober women who replaced alcohol with food, people pleasing, relationships, or another obsession recover themselves.
You stopped drinking.
You worked hard to build a new life.
You thought the struggle would finally be over.
But somewhere along the way, something else quietly took its place.
Food.
Shopping.
Relationships.
People pleasing.
Work.
Social media.
The behaviour changed, but the struggle didn't.
So you tried harder.
You blamed yourself.
You wondered why you still couldn't find peace.
What if the problem isn't that you're failing...
What if you're simply missing pieces of the puzzle?

Most sober people asks, "Why am I still eating, smoking, gambling, people pleasing, shopping or anything else, too much?"
In Recovery Rewired I ask a different question. "What has eating, smoking, gambling, people pleasing, shopping or anything else, been doing for you?"
When we don't understand why we still feel unsatisfied, it's easy to replace one behaviour with another.
Alcohol becomes food.
Food becomes people pleasing.
People pleasing becomes unhealthy relationships.
The coping strategy changes. The reason we need it is still the same..
I don't believe you're broken. I don't believe you lack willpower.
I believe you've been doing whatever you needed to do to get through the day.
Recovery Rewired isn't about judging what you do.
It's about understanding what it's been doing for you, so you no longer need it.
That's what I mean by... Recover Yourself.
Recovery Rewired helps you understand why the coping strategy became necessary in the first place.
Because when we try to manage or resist the coping strategy... we often replace it with something else equally as damaging.
Alcohol becomes food.
Food becomes shopping.
Shopping becomes work.
Work becomes gambling.
Gambling becomes another relationship.
The behaviour changes.
The need underneath doesn't.
When you understand what you've really been searching for, you no longer have to keep looking outside yourself to feel okay.
Looking inside yourself is where lasting recovery begins.

Real change happens when we stop fighting ourselves and start understanding ourselves. Recovery Rewired is built on three simple principles.
Discover what's really driving the behaviour.
Not just what you're doing—but what you've been needing.
Heal the patterns that have been keeping you stuck.
Using conversational hypnotherapy, practical tools, and honest conversations, we create change where it actually lasts.
Build a life you no longer need to escape from.
You move beyond forcing yourself to behave differently and come home to the person you were always meant to be.

For years, I became an expert at disappearing.
I reached for alcohol, food, relationships, people pleasing, and anything that helped me escape or quiet the noise.
Sobriety changed my life, but not the search.
Recovery Rewired began when I realized I wasn't replacing addictions—I was replacing ways of surviving.
You've tried, probably more times than you can count.
You don't need another promise to yourself.
You need something that finally works.

You've tried harder and started over.
You've blamed yourself enough.
It isn't about trying harder anymore.
It's about finally understanding why you've been carrying this for so long.
Your Discovery Session is where we'll begin connecting the dots together.
